  • For standard products, our minimum order amount requirement is USD$1000 each order, as it’s generally not profitable for you to order less than this amount in view of shipping and other costs.
  • And we suggest you to order at least one whole carton each model to save shipping cost.
  • For new customers, sample or small trial order is acceptable to test quality and market.
  • For customized products, MOQ will be higher, usually 1000 pcs per model, will be different based on the exact products and your requirements on logo, package.

  • Methods: We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union for now.
  • Terms: For available in stock goods, 100% 1-3 days before shipment. For goods which need to wait for production, 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.

  • Shipping by sea, train, air or express based on your ordered quantity and your requirement on the order emergency.
  • We carry the goods by our long-term cooperated forwarder or it can be your own appointed forwarder.
  • Shipping by express or by air, takes about 3-7 days to arrive worldwide.  Shipping by train, takes about 10-20 days. Shipping by sea takes about 30 days.

  • For ready in stock goods, we can process, pack and ship in 1-5 days.
  • For goods which need to wait for production, usually it’s about 10-35 days depend on what kind of products you ordered.

  • You need to know your country’s custom restrictions and regulations about the products you ordered.

  • Orders are restricted to 1-5 cartons only. Because larger orders should be inspected before shipping out from factory, and better to ship directly to forwarder.

  • For below 500 pcs, we ensure 100% inspection of the conformance for product model, color and quantity based on packing list.
  • We can test 10% about product material, functionality, usage, etc, but we can not be 100% sure as various products may require different testing methods or machines.

  • We will pack them properly to save dimensions or cartons.
  • And use foam cushions to pack well so as to protect the goods inside.
