3, 6 ways of avoiding shipping delay.

November and December are always the busiest period for shipping packages. And the growth of eCommerce is putting even more stress on express and logistics companies. So buyers should always be aware of shipping delay when placing orders from Chinese sellers in the peak season, especially in big annual shopping days like the 11.11, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, etc. Below are some helpful suggestions:

1). Buy from reliable sellers on trusty online platforms or webstores.

Always check product description details, reviews and store ratings carefully before placing an order. Feel free to contact with sellers if you have any pre-order question.

2). Choose products and colors with enough stock.

Peak season always goes with high risk of stock shortage, as popular products are sold out quickly.

3). Buy the products that can be sent from your own or nearby countries.

Now many of the big Chinese sellers have stocked their best selling products to warehouses in high-demand countries like:  US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Russia, etc.

4).Choose stable shipping methods, express shipping prior to registered posts.

Express like DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, Aramex, etc usually take only about 3-7 business days shipping worldwide. While free shipping offered by seller, carriers usually would be China/Malaysia/Sweden Post Registered Air Mail, which take about 20-35 days and shipping time is easily influenced by bad weather, strike of customs, etc.

Also keep an eye on the tracking number, in case there is need of custom clearance or other unpredictable issues.

5). Contact sellers in time for after-sales service or compensation if needed.

Be polite and soft in communication, so that issues can be solved appropriately. Keep in mind that opening a dispute is always the LAST thing to do.

6). Last but not least, keep away from the peak season and buy Christmas gift in October.

This is the safest way to do in order to get rid of shipping delay risk for your Christmas gift, if you are not sure to follow about the above points.
